装修非常舒适，我父母很喜欢浅蓝色的地毯；设施使用方便，维护得好，淋雨室的落地镜是我最喜欢的，回来就在自己家里想安一面。地点方便，闹中取静，离植物园和一个大型超市很近，超市还有很多新加坡的当地小吃。管家都很帅且友善。收到了入住的欢迎卡片，非常温馨。
第一天晚上回来，早上出门时问了我们是否打扫，我说5分钟后。但回来后发现房间还没有打扫，就又出去吃了晚饭，给打扫的人员留出时间。

瑞吉，当之无愧的五星酒店，感觉一种低调的奢华，客房，温馨舒适，还有小孩浴袍和小孩拖鞋，超喜欢浴室，面积大，尤其是淋浴时的按摩喷头，还有边泡澡边看电视时的那份悠闲舒适；服务热情周到，请了管家帮助联系东海岸的珍宝酒家，效率高，还很细心的将预定单打印了一份送到客房；尤其对门口处的服务员印象好，看到我们从出租车下来，有婴儿推车，主动过来帮忙拿并且一直送到客房，且不收小费。 下次一定还住瑞吉。
从别人的评论中了解了瑞吉的管家服务，确实不错，但是能够再主动一些会更好，尤其是当客人刚入住酒店客房时，管家应该及时出现，帮助客人更快了解客房设施和服务。
